WEBSITE TERMS

Clear boundaries are part of honest guidance.

These terms explain what this public website does—and what it does not do. A client relationship begins only through a separate written agreement.

Information, not a promise

The website introduces Letrado's approach, services, experience, and educational resources. It is general information and should not be treated as legal, financial, immigration, mental-health, or university-issued advice. Admissions requirements and policies can change; applicants remain responsible for checking the current instructions issued by each institution.

No client engagement through browsing

Viewing the website, sending an inquiry, or attending an introductory conversation does not create a client relationship. Any advisory engagement, scope, fee, timeline, and responsibility will be set out separately and agreed in writing.

Outcomes, data, and client examples

Historical outcomes describe past Letrado-advised applications and do not guarantee any future result. Anonymized client journeys protect identifying information and are provided to show the kinds of starting points, decisions, and work that can arise during an application. Individual outcomes depend on the applicant, institution, year, applicant pool, available places, and many factors outside Letrado's control.

Student ownership and academic integrity

Students remain the authors and owners of their ideas, essays, applications, and decisions. Letrado may question, structure, teach, review, and give feedback; it does not write application materials for students or impersonate them. Read the full Academic Integrity & Student Ownership Standard.

Institutions, rankings, names, and external links

Letrado Advisory is independent and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting for any school, university, testing organization, scholarship provider, or employer referenced on this website. Institution names and logos identify the subjects of Letrado's experience or guides. Rankings are time-sensitive and vary by publisher and methodology. External links are supplied so readers can verify current information with the original source.

Permitted use

Visitors may use the website for personal research. Letrado's original writing, design, and materials may not be copied, republished, sold, or presented as another person's work without permission. Visitors should not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for deceptive or unlawful activity.

Questions and changes

Questions can be directed to consultations@letradoadvisory.com. These website terms may be updated when the services, website features, or business structure changes.
